The internet outage that plagued the morning session of General Convention started during the livestream of convention worship, overwhelming the convention center’s Wi-Fi capacity, and causing a cascading effect that included an equipment failure and compromised Wi-Fi in both the House of Deputies and the House of Bishops.
The General Convention office and the presiding bishop’s IT staff are working on the issue.
